# How do I place a Pre-Order?

To place a pre-order please follow the steps below:

If it's your first time wanting to place a pre-order with us, I am sure you are wondering how exactly you should go about this.

Here are the step by steps on how to get a pre-order placed!

**Step 1** - Add the items you would like to pre-order into your cart.

The item must have the "pre-order" button available to be eligible for pre-order.

While in your cart, you are able to add notes. Say for example, you want a specific road number if the product has multiple road numbers.

When your cart is looking good, click on the "Check Out" button at the bottom right side of the cart. This will start the checkout process.

**Step 2** - While in your checkout cart. You will first enter your email address or you can log in if you already have an account. 

**ATTN:** Please do not use the express checkout options at this time!

Under the Delivery Section: This is where you select to have your items picked up or shipped.

**Step 3** -  If you selected shipping. You will be taken to the shipping section. **Shipping will be $0 and will be billed at a later date**. If "Store Pick Up" You will skip this step and move to Step 4

**Step 4** - Payment Section. 

Note that only two payment options are available for pre-order as the payment processor will vault your payment option. Select your desired payment option and hit "Pay Now". 

**ATTN:** Note that on the right side, your total shows you will pay $0.00 today, that is how your pre-order should look like. Unless you have in-stock items in the mix, only the in-stock items will be charged.

**Step 5** - Order complete! You are now all set! The page should look something like this:

**Note:** We've recently experienced issues with manufacturers short-shipping items. Additionally, manufacturers are now passing along tariff charges, and final shipping costs can only be calculated once items arrive.

Therefore, we are no longer accepting prepayments directly on pre-order products/orders.
